An on-site technician is not needed for simple set ups as long as someone designated by you will take responsibility for plugging in or turning on the lights. This person should be onsite during our set up so our crew can show them how to properly work the items.
For large scale lighting jobs where lighting is being added to multiple locations and/or a generator is being used, we would recommend having an on-site technician. Our on-site technician will take care of making sure all lights and generator are on and properly functioning throughout the event.
Typically, obtaining the exact electrical schematic and figuring out what is available for our items at any venue is difficult. And while we do our best to space out electrical loads and calculate what is being used vs available to the best of our ability, we always recommend renting a generator to ensure enough power is available. We will not take responsibility for tripping any on-site power breakers.
Usually a custom gobo image is provided to us by the client, who will have a graphic designer create for them.
The image will need to be provided to us in high res, JPEG format so we can send it in to be made.
If you do not have a graphic designer to create something for you, our in-house designer can create something simple for you at no additional charge.
